Red Bottoms

Bruno Orlato Men's Flat

Louis Men's Flat

Mr. Louboutin has now given men a chance to pop their feet and shoes those red bottoms. Christian Louboutin's mens collection is fun, sexy and bold. These are my favorites. Personally, these sneakers are so fantastic because of all the material and texture Louboutin works with. Do yourself a favor and have a look at the website. It will surely put on smile on your face. BISAZZA + Pucci = Magic

BISAZZA and Emilio Pucci have partnered up to create a visually stunning collection in mosaic arts. Both brands are well known for their use of patterns, color choices and skilled craftsmanship. Three digital created patterns - Amelie, Alba and Onde will be part of this collection. Amelie and Alba were created in 2006 while Onde is based on the designs for a scarf published in 1969. The collection will also include three handmade decorative mosaic panels using the traditional opus tessellatum technique. Each panel will be based on a historical print of the maison Emilio Pucci: Collane {1971}, Fontana {1968} and Vivara {1976}. These beautiful mosaic panels were designed with the intention of decorating a variety of interiors. The two Italian brands showcased the collection at Salone del Mobile di Milano

Handcrafted using rich woods such as  Walnut, Cherry, Kora, Ash, Thermowood Ash, Russian Birch Plywood, Douglas Fir, Wenge, White Oak, and South American. The boards design mimics the famous winding road known as Mulholland Drive in Southern California. The pattern and rich woods makes this surfboard irresistible to the eye. Artist Spotlight: Shannon Finley

Rhombus (Origami), 2013

Rhombus (Electric Milk), 2013

Today's artist spotlight is on Shannon Finley. Born in Canada and currently living in Berlin, Finley's work deals closely in geometric abstraction. The pieces above are from Rhombuses, Rays and Orbs exhibit. Finley applies layers of acrylic paint, hinting subtle textures and finishes, yet visually complex looking. Pillow Crush

Next month I will be moving in with Andy and decorating is all I can think about. When I was younger my room would change about every other month. There is something very therapeutic about redecorating a space, it's similar to the feeling of a fresh start. I am so excited for this adventure and another side project. Over the next several months you can find me roaming furniture stores and flea markets around Southern California. The pillows above work great  in both outdoor and indoor spaces.
